About Casey

Casey Charles has spent the last 11 years building a real estate career on a simple idea: clients deserve to work directly with the person whose name is on the sign, not a team member several steps removed. As a HAR Platinum Agent and co-owner of Del Monte Realty, she personally handles every transaction from the first showing to the closing table, specializing in Memorial, Tanglewood, Briargrove, and the Heights.

 

That hands-on approach is reflected in her results. Casey consistently closes more than $30 million in personal sales volume each year, all without relying on a team of buyer's agents. When you work with Casey, you work directly with Casey.

 

In addition to serving her own clients, Casey oversees the majority of operations at Del Monte Realty, supporting a team of 22 agents with sales coaching, contract guidance, and practical problem-solving that keeps transactions moving forward. She has extensive knowledge of Houston's flood zones, HOA requirements, and school district boundaries, and has guided clients through every type of market challenge, especially in the years following Hurricane Harvey.
